Accommodation The Think! course takes place at Atlantic College (AC), a unique residential school which is built around a 14th century castle and overlooking the sea. As well as a spectacular setting, the college also has excellent facilties.You will be accommodated 3 or 4 to a room in student residences in the college grounds. Meals are taken in the dining room in the castle, and you will have access to a range of leisure and sporting facilities, such as the social centre, tennis courts and an indoor and outdoor swimming - Day to Day
Day to Day
A Typical Day A typical day on the Think! course consists of classes in the morning and early afternoon untiil 1420. The classes are interactive in nature and interspersed with discussion work and small group activities which you should find stimulating and enjoyable. There are activity sessions on most afternoons and you will have the opportunity to try kayaking, climbing, and archery. On one afternoon in the first week, there will be a trip to Cardiff, the capital of Wales, and on one afternoon in the second week a trip - The Course
The Course
Think! Think! is a challenging and thought provoking summer camp for students who are interested in exploring new ideas, expanding their horizons, and developing their potential. If you are a naturally curious, enthusiastic and open-minded student, then our action packed summer camp is what you are looking for! The course takes place at Atlantic College, a unique residential school built around a 14th century castle on the South Wales coast. The language of instruction is English and you will need to be comfortable working in an English language environment. - Activities

Atlantic College has excellent facilities which will enable you to enjoy a wide range of challenge, creative and leisure activites. You will be encouraged to take full advantage of the various opportunities on offer. Excursions
During your stay in Britain you will have the opportunity to explore its rich history and cultural heritage. In addition to afternoon visits to Cardiff, the capital of Wales, and the local beach at Porthcawl, there will also be a weekend excursion which takes in Bath, Warwick and Stratford. Bath The city of Bath is 90 minutes by coach from Atlantic college. A city tour will take in Bath Abbey, Pulteney Bridge, the Royal Crescent and the Circus. STAFF Richard van de Lagemaat Richard van de Lagemaat is the founder and director of InThinking an innovative educational consultancy service which provides quality training for teachers & students in IB schools. With nearly thirty years experience, Richard taught in international schools in the United Kingdom, Italy, Canada and Hong Kong; and he been actively involved in teacher training and curriculum development since 1988. How to Apply
The Think! course is open to school groups of 8 or more students accompanied by a teacher (whose place is free). Unfortunately, we are not able to accept individual applications from students. Fees The course fee is all-inclusive and covers everything from the time you arrrive on the course until the time you leave. This includes room & board, tuition, course materials, excursions, and travel insurance (see below). Options Total 1. Think! Course Arrive Atlantic College, Sunday 1 July pm.
